Get free passes on Museum Day
10 August 2006Museum Day is coming up, which I’d never heard of, but over at the MomAdvice Blog there is a good reminder that you can get a free family day trip out of the deal. Museum Day is a holiday on Saturday, September 30th, where museums mimic the Smithsonian and let everyone in free. As MomAdvice points out, you can save a big chunk of change given that admissions in many places hover around $10-15 - she’s planning on saving $40. You can check out museums in your area that are participating over at this site.
