Get Free Stuff on Craigslist

11 August 2006

If you’re a bargain hunter and you’ve never been to Craigslist.com, you’re missing out. It’s the single best website for classified ads on the Internet. One of the better features is that since it’s free, you see a lot of stuff you wouldn’t find in a traditional newspaper. The biggest of these is that people are constantly giving away free stuff, especially when they are moving. I was browsing through today in my city and found people giving away air mattresses, beds, a dog house, children’s backpacks, moving boxes, accessories for model trains, and even day-old chinese leftovers. Some of it is obviously going to be junk – but a lot of it is just stuff people don’t want to throw away but don’t know what to do with. You can also find all kinds of cheap stuff to buy from other people in your area.

So if you’re a real bargain-hunter type, you need to check this out. For the cost of gas you can load up on furniture and other stuff that people just can’t be bothered to deal with anymore.

Discuss this on the Free The Drones Forums here.
