It can&#039;t hurt you to call and threaten - ask them for a free month&#039;s service, see what happens. If anyone does it, let us know what you manage to wring out of them.</description>

According to the folks at FatWallet, if you call and threaten to cancel, Sprint is offering most people 500 text messages free a month to keep them around.  So if you&#039;re not interested in canceling that&#039;s another option.
